South Bristol Speleological Society (SBSS) is a friendly caving club based in the Mendip Hills just south of the City of Bristol in South West England. If you want to go caving in or around Bristol, SBSS has plenty of trips planned so get in touch and come with us!
If you've never been caving (or you gave away your stuff!) SBSS has kit you can borrow while you try and work out why you shouldn't love it enough to go out and buy your own!
Spain 2010
Last year the SBSS organised a week long expedition to Picos de Europa region of Spain where we successfully extended a cave system and were the first to explore it. This year we are planning a return trip to the region as well as several other overseas trips. Drop us a line if you’re interested in joining us.
